  1. Connect the device to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
    1. If necessary, touch and hold the Status bar (located at the top) then drag to the bottom.

    2. Tap USB for charging.
    3. Select File transfers.
      Selected when a green dot is present.

    Using the computer keyboard, press Windows+E ( +E) keys.
    Alternatively, right-click Start then click Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer.
  3. Using File or Windows Explorer, navigate: XT1609 > Internal Storage.
    XT1609 is listed under the Portable Devices section.
    If the picture or video files are stored on the memory card, navigate: XT1609 > SD card then choose the location of the files.
  4. Utilize the computer to copy video or picture files from the following folders into the desired folder(s) on the computer's hard drive:
    • DCIMCamera
    • Download
    • Movies
    • Pictures
  5. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
