Tips

In Chrome, click on the arrow next to the file, and then click 'Show in folder.' In Firefox, right-click a file, and then select 'Open containing folder.' For Internet Explorer, simply click on a file in the Download Manager to view its location.
  • If your download has stopped several times, the file's data may be corrupted. If a downloaded file doesn't work, try downloading the entire file again.
