Hello Everyone, I'll try to be as short as possible and as clear as possible, i have 2 windows laptops tha got the WIN10 upgrade notification (DELL INSPIRON 1525 pentium dual core) and a (SAMSUNG RV511 intel i5 with Nvidia graphics). Well the day came and strange enough the older DELL INSPIRON upgraded to WIN10 perfectly and haven't noticed an troubles since the Upgrade.

Here comes the trouble, I get home power up my SAMSUNG RV511 all good and ready for upgrade, everything starts good and smoothly until the first restart comes up, it restarts, it starts with thw Windows blue logo and black background BUT, no rotating circles, well i waited, i really wanted WIN10 on my samsung too!! Waited and waited but it never boot up. i held the power button and turned it back on when this message came up (0xC190010 - 0x20017 Windows 10 upgrade failed in safe_OS phase error boot operation) Ok might just be a download problem and i tried again, but guys the same thing happened.

I googled and googled that's when i came across another guy having the same proble with his Samsung notebook. he found a solution! unscrew you notebook remove the Qualcomm WIFI/Bluetooth card and try upgrading..

I did what he sed and and everything just went as smooth as it could get! Wow i now have WIN10 on my Samsung, played with it for some hours, restarting, shutting down, and trying everything, ALL WENT WELL!!!! Well ok it was time to re-install the Network card (Qualcomm) did everything i had to, I was all ready to connect my Samsung to the internet for some updates if available, tapped on the power button and hell came back! stck on the WIN10 blue logo with no rotating circles! I didn't know what to do anymore! tried turnig off and on several times but the Windows blue logo would be there with no rotating circles.

I ddecided to remove the network card again and try turning the samsung on again and to my amaze it came on, booted, and worked flawlessly.

I need help please, i don't know who to contact or how to solve the problem! IT'S DEFINITELY THE NETWORK CARD, NO DOUBTS! but what can i do? who do i contact? how can i have a working windows 10 laptop with a network card? i can't access the internet with my samsung Laptop. I hope i explained every little detail that could help and please if possible anyone who know who to contact may pass me the contact or link to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or raise the problem to Microsoft, Samsung or whoever. thanks Guys, Just trying to help have a better OS.
